Delivery
Orders before 3pm Monday to Friday dispatch the same day. Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.95, Special Delivery by 1pm £8.95, international tracked to selected countries from £14.95. Tracking number emailed on dispatch.
Returns and refunds
Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a refund. Opened sterile products cannot be resold and are not returnable unless faulty. Damaged in transit: photo within 48 hours, replacement sent.
